Jobs Monitor

When numbers are uploaded and released, synchronization is performed with both the Operator Connect portal and the SBC device with the configured OC Dial plan. The Jobs Monitor screen lets you view a list of the number sync jobs.

To view a list of jobs:
1. In the Multitenant Navigation pane, select Monitoring > Operator Connect > Jobs Monitor.

The table below describes the fields in this table.

Field

Description

Job Type

Indicates one of the following actions:

Individual numbers or a range of numbers have been uploaded to the customer.
Individual numbers or a range of number have been uploaded to the customer.

Job ID

The ID of the job in Live Platform.

Customer Name

The name of the customer for whom the job was run.

MS Status

The status of the number upload or release synchronization with the Operator Connect portal.

SBC Status

The status of the number upload or release synchronization with the OC Dial plan on the SBC device. When this status icon is clicked, opens the Phone SBC Cleanup Tasks screen (see Phone Number SBC Cleanup Tasks

Country

The configured markets of the customer.

Ticket Number

The ticket number when the job is a result of a customer ticket.

Tenant ID

The corresponding Tenant ID of the customer.

Created On

The date when the job was created.
